To further promote the deep integration of information technology and education, and enhance faculty competence in digital literacy and intelligent technology applications, the School of Civil Engineering and Architecture invited a training specialist from the Superstar Group to conduct a specialized training session on the afternoon of October 15. The session focused on smart course development and intelligent agent applications.
The training centered on the core functions of the Superstar Smart Teaching Platform. The instructor explained methods and application scenarios for constructing knowledge graphs, guiding teachers on how to systematize and visualize fragmented knowledge points, thereby enabling the design of more scientific learning paths for students. During the hands-on session on training course-specific intelligent agents, participants experienced how to customize an AI teaching assistant for their courses. This intelligent agent can automatically answer questions and guide student thinking, significantly reducing the burden of repetitive inquiries. Additionally, the training highlighted the platform’s integrated AI workbench. Through live demonstrations showing how to generate course materials, design exercises, and create assessment criteria with one click, the session gave faculty a tangible sense of how AI technology can reduce instructional workload and enhance efficiency.
Through this training, participants not only mastered the core operations of the Superstar Smart Teaching Platform but also gained a deeper understanding of the essence of smart courses and the practical application of intelligent agent technology. This has provided new ideas and methods for future course development and teaching innovation.
