Implementation Plan for Major Transfer School of Civil Engineering and Architectural 2025–2026 Academic Year

To ensure the smooth implementation of major transfer procedures, in accordance with the spirit of theMeasures for the Administration of Major Transfer for Full-Time Undergraduate Students at Suqian University(Suqian University Teaching〔2023〕No.20), theNotice on Issuing the University-Wide Major Transfer Plan for 2025–2026 Academic Year, and theNotice on Completing Major Transfer Work for 2025–2026 Academic Year, the Implementation Plan for Major Transfer of the School of Civil Engineering and Architectural for the 2025–2026 Academic Year is hereby formulated. Relevant matters are announced as follows:


Leading Group for Major Transfer Work

1. Publicity of Major Transfer Eligibility

2. Assessment Arrangement

  • Form: No written examination; interview only.

  • Interview time: The second week of the semester (specific time to be announced separately).

  • Venue: Conference room of the School of Civil Engineering and Architectural (specific location to be announced separately).

  • Interview content:

    • Self-awareness and major matching (self-introduction, motivation for major transfer)

    • Major awareness and planning ability (understanding of the target major, make-up course study plan)

    • Stress resistance and adaptability (challenges in curriculum connection, long-term development plan)

3. Result Release

  • Scoring rule:

    Weighted average score of all compulsory courses before transfer: 40%

    Interview score: 60%

    Admission shall be based on total scores from high to low.

  • Result release date: March 13, 2026

  • Release method: Public notice board of the School of Civil Engineering and Architectural

4. Disciplinary Requirements

The school attaches great importance to major transfer work, which will be widely publicized among students, carefully organized, strictly assessed, and fairly selected. The work shall adhere to the principles of openness, fairness, impartiality, merit-based admission and collective decision-making, with strict work discipline and public supervision.

Any act of favoritism, fraud or malpractice in the process shall be severely dealt with and relevant personnel held accountable once verified.

Any violations or irregularities in the major transfer process may be reported to the Academic Affairs Office by real-name telephone, letter or in-person visit.
