Educational objectives: This program responds to the national strategic needs for digital transformation and intelligent upgrading in the construction industry. Building upon civil engineering fundamentals, it integrates multidisciplinary knowledge from artificial intelligence and IoT, electronic information technology, mechanical manufacturing and robotics, as well as engineering management. The program cultivates well-rounded professionals with moral integrity, intellectual depth, physical fitness, aesthetic appreciation, and work ethic. Graduates will demonstrate national commitment, cultural literacy, scientific competence, craftsmanship spirit, and resilience. Equipped with core principles and methodologies in intelligent construction, they will become competent practitioners capable of coordinating traditional and smart civil engineering projects through collaborative design, intelligent implementation, and intelligent management systems.

Core courses: Civil engineering drawing and CAD, Engineering mechanics, Structural mechanics, intelligent mapping, basic of electrical and electronic engineering, engineering structure design principle, Python language programming, intelligent construction of civil engineering, engineering economy and project management.

Practical teaching courses: intelligent mapping internship, electrical and electronic internship, engineering structure course design, basic engineering course design, architectural and BIM modeling course design, digital project management comprehensive training, intelligent construction comprehensive training, recognition internship, production internship, graduation internship and design (thesis).

Career direction: After graduation, you can work in government departments, enterprises and institutions engaged in intelligent construction project design, construction, management and operation and maintenance, or engage in traditional civil engineering project survey, design, construction and management.
